Cookies and Local Storage
This is an English translation for your convenience. The Czech version is legally binding.
1. What this is about
Cookies are small files that a website or the Application stores in your browser. The same rules apply to the browser’s local storage and similar technologies that store data on a device. This document concerns the NexaCare website and the NexaCare Application, operated by NEXACorteX s.r.o., Company ID 24475483, Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic.
2. When we need your consent

If cookies contain personal data of users and visitors, we process it in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We process patient data (e.g. a temporarily stored recording in progress) as a processor under the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
3. In the Application
In the Application we use only cookies and storage necessary for it to work.

4. On the website
If the website uses cookies that require consent, an overview of them (name, provider, purpose, category and storage period) is given in the cookie banner settings.
5. How to set or withdraw consent
- If the website uses cookies requiring consent, a banner appears on your first visit where you can accept, reject or set them by category; rejecting is as easy as accepting.
- Without consent, only necessary cookies are stored.
- You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer; withdrawal does not affect processing before it.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may limit how the website and the Application work.
